Are these parts still available?

Certainly. We know how annoying it is when parts are no longer available. This is why we have ensured that the majority of parts of all models are available in the shops. Use the contact form to send your request for a particular part. As soon as our service department knows which part is required you will immediately receive a confirmation by e-mail stating the total amount, an invoice number and our bank details. We will send you the missing part as soon as payment is transferred. Very quick and easy.

I have an older model of the EasyWalker Classic.
Do the new accessories also fit this one?

The current seat of the EasyWalker Classic fits onto the older Classic models without any problems. However, the different sizes mean that the SKY accessories cannot be used on the EasyWalker Classic.

My EasyWalker Classic is a few years old and I would like to have it completely checked. Is this possible?

Certainly. You can bring the EasyWalker Classic to our repair and service department for a service. Our staff will completely check and adjust your Classic for a standard charge of 20 Euros. Naturally, parts are charged separately. It is also possible to send your Classic to us. In this case, the shipment costs are charged to you.

Is it possible to fit a swivel wheel to my current EasyWalker Classic?

In principle, the swivel wheel was made for the frame with the rear brake. The swivel wheel fits onto the frame, but then the brake on the front wheel can unfortunately no longer be used. So use is completely at your own risk. It is possible to fit a new brake system to the rear wheel. This costs 100 Euros. If you have a frame with an old front lock, this must also be replaced (costs: 35 Euros). You must then also fit a new footrestblock (costs: 12.50 Euros) to allow the brake system to fit.

Can I buy a new carry cot for my current EasyWalker Classic?

If the frame of your Classic is 39 cm wide – measured from just above the hinge on the outside of the tube the outside of the tube – then the Classic carry cot will fit onto the frame. If the frame is smaller, it will not fit.

I have two children and want to take the oldest on the running board.

Is this possible?

Some baby specialists sell boards that can be fitted to the Classic. However, this is at your own risk. Experience has shown that these boards are not always equally safe. There is now an EasyWalker board for the EasyWalker SKY, but it does not fit onto the Classic due to its size.

Which car seats fit the EasyWalker Classic?

We have a special adapter for the Maxi-Cosi Cabrio and the Maxi-Cosi Cabrio.Fix, and an adapter for the EasyBob.
