For how long can I use my easywalker?
All easywalker models meet the highest safety standards. The weight of your baby determines how long you can use the easywalker. Sky up to 15 kg Qtro up to 20 kg Duo up to 2x 15 kg
What are the measurements of the seating?
Seating (length -width -depth) sky - 50 cm - 40 cm - 23 cm qtro - 50 cm - 40cm -23 cm duo - 47 cm - 33 cm - 23 cm
What is the use of the black strap that is attached to the handlebar?
This is a wriststrap that can be used as an extra security method. We recommend to use this strap at all times.
Are the carrycots interchangeable?
There is one type of carrycot for the sky and qtro, and there is one type of carrycot for the duo.
Is it possible to use the carrycot in the car?
In many countries you are obliged to transport your baby in a car seat while travelling by car. A car seat is better for the safety of your child in a car. The carrycot’s from easywalker have been developed to ensure the comfort of the newborn baby. Your baby can lay fully horizontal, in this way it can freely move around which is better for the baby.
How can I attach the car seat adapters?
A instruction manual is included with every adapter. Here you can see how those can be attached to the frame. You can also take a look at our instruction video’s at this website
Why are the two car seats on the duo positioned on different heights?
Two car seats on the same height makes the duo wider in this way it would not fit through a standard door.
Why are air filled tires better?
Air filled tires give extra comfort while pushing your stroller as the suspension provides you and your child with a very smooth ride.
How does the rear suspension work?
The rear suspensions of all easywalker models are adjustable. You can adjust the bottom ring of the ring to the adequate level. Make sure that you always put both springs at the same level and pressure.
Does the easyboard fit behind the easywalker duo?
No, the easyboard has been designed to fit the sky and qtro and is suitable for children up to 20 kg’s.
Why is the footrest of the sky and duo not adjustable?
To ensure that the sky and duo stay light weight and strong some extra elements have not been added.
Why are there no hand brakes on the easywalkers?
Easywalker push chairs are equiped with a foot brake that immediately locks the rear wheels into place. A hand brake can become slippery and therefore unsafe.
Can I go running and/or skating with the easywalker?
The easywalkers are not designed for running or skating.
Maintenance
Can I wash the seating?
Yes, both the seating as the sun canopy can be washed on 30 degrees with a fine washing powder. Please make sure that you take out the plastic plates. You can also wash the suncanopy, make sure that you take the canopy off and remove the whale bone.
What is the correct tire pressure?
Easywalker recommends to provide 1.4 bar to all tires.
Warranty
How long is the warranty period?
The warranty is two years. If you purchased your pushchair after June 1st 2006 you have to fill out the warranty form

Is it possible to buy an extra seating and sun canopy in another color?
We don’t have seperate color seating sets.
